Yay! We really appreciate your participation in this show. We’re so lucky to have the awesome volunteers at the Loyalist Humane Society doing all of the amazing things they do. You’re helping out, and through your art at that!

That means you’re awesome too.

We have a few things that would be amazing from you to make this as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Please read over stipulations and fill out the form below.

  • All artwork must be dropped off to The Proudest Pony in Picton on Tuesday July 29th, 2025 between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. We will not be accepting artwork prior to, or after unless there are extenuating circumstances. (Other details section).
  • The show will run from August 3rd through September 13, 2025. Artwork must be displayed for the whole duration of the show.
  • Artwork must be picked up on Saturday September 20th 2025 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. We will have one second, shorter pickup date on Tuesday September 23, 2025 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
    All artwork not claimed after those dates will be donated.
  • All Artwork must be for sale. 50% of all proceeds from any sales must be donated to the Loyalist Humane Society, if you wish to donate more, please indicate below. Do not feel compelled.
  • All work must be labelled clearly on the backside with your name, the name of the piece and the price prior to being accepted.
  • Artwork must be gallery ready. If the artwork is to be hung, it has to be hangable in a safe and secure way or it will not be accepted.
  • If you are submitting unframed artwork, we will have a designated “poster style” section you will be regulated to. Artwork will be hung by either tape or tacks at the curators discretion.
  • Up to two pieces may be submitted per artist.
