Hey hey ghouls and goblins – we’d like to invite you to our 2nd Annual Halloween Happening, starting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, October 29th at Proudest Pony Salon & Gallery. We’re hosting this spooky shindig mid week for all our fellow industry pals who’ve been working long, hard weekends all season long and missing out on the fun!

💀Costume contest – wear your Spooky Season best and win a rad surprise prize!

🍭We will have treats and candy and beverages on hand on a PWYC/donation basis.

Hey Check This – Monthly art and music gathering.
Join us on the first and third Monday of the month at Proudest Pony! We are excited to offer a safe, no pressure, free third space for people to come and do a little socializing. All ages and not during daytime work hours to boot!
On the first Monday of every month, come make some art, play a game or collaborate! We can’t wait to see you and what you’re up to.
We’re also super jazzed to be presenting the Prince Edward County Free Music Society.
The concept for the PECFMS is to encourage group creativity and experimentation without the pressures of performance or skill level requirements. We will get together once a month and all make sound together in an open concept free form of expression. Bring any ‘instrument’ you want and we will see how it goes. We’ll all play at the same time and really just let the music take over, you’d be surprised what can come of it.
For clarification: This isn’t a songwriting circle, a band, an open mic, an orchestra or any sort of situation that requires rehearsals or attendance. It’s more something to do than something to works towards. Every session will be unique and it’s totally up to you what or when you contribute.
Huge props to Ashley and Adam at Proudest Pony for always offering their space to the community for such awesome building opportunities in the past and future.
Gallery Gigs
Gallery gigs is a video project to bridge the gap between our visual and music promotion. We aim to highlight new musical acts every time the gallery at Proudest Pony switches over to a new show. We preview songs on our social media and host full performances on our YouTube.
